Fixing the day for Survey
Pre-move Survey: Once you contact a packers and movers service, they will conduct a pre-move survey. A representative from the company will visit your current residence to assess the volume and nature of the items that need to be packed and moved. This survey helps in determining the resources required and estimating the cost of the service. According demand and consent of customer we will finalize the shifting deal and will give you summary about working. We will plan the entire moving process in accordance terms and conditions. As easy as that! Your task ends here only.
Confirmation of Booking
After confirmation of booking, based on the pre-move survey, we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate for the entire relocation process. The estimate will include charges for packing, transportation, insurance, taxes, and any additional services requested.
Packing
On the scheduled moving day, the packing team will arrive at your residence with the necessary packing materials and equipment. They will carefully pack your belongings, ensuring appropriate packing techniques are used to protect fragile items. Labelling and inventorying of packed items may also be done for easier unpacking at the destination. All documents and payments are assured then the process is moved to the next stage.
Your Shifting assistant
Here your private shifting assistant from our side will be with you from start to delivery.
Transportation
After getting a green signal and conclusion of the requisite payment details, we will order to transport team for reach shifting place and all the packed articles are loaded on truck carrier. Once everything is loaded, the transportation vehicle will start the journey to the destination. The packers and movers service will arrange for the most suitable mode of transportation based on the distance, volume of goods, and any specific requirements you may have. And consignment is moved to destination location well before time.
Tracking and Help-desk
Here truck driver of vehicle is constant touch with your shifting assistant and coordinate. We are tracking your consignment in form of Vehicles transport system. Our helpline desk executive is able to notify or drop message you about the delivery status.
Destination
After reached our truck at your desired destination location we provide facility to hold your Household goods container for up to 5 Hour without any charges and with zero transhipment.
Unloading: Upon reaching the destination, the moving team will unload the packed items from the vehicle. They will carefully handle the items and place them in the designated rooms or areas as per your instructions. The team will also unpack the items if you have requested unpacking services.
Reassembly and Arrangement: If any furniture or equipment was disassembled for the move, the we will reassemble them at your new residence. They will also help in arranging the furniture and other items as per your instructions.
Post-move Services: Once the unpacking and arranging are completed, the we will typically ask you to inspect the delivered items and check for any damages or missing items. If any issues are found, you should report them immediately to the company for resolution. We give option for insurance coverage for any damages that occurred during the transit.
Here customers have to inform shifting assistant prior 2 working hours so that you can get your goods on time at your new home.
